Bootcamp’s primary purpose is to empower, train, and create confident professionals capable of finding their own path to developing a sustainable career, and accelerating their personal growth. Bangladesh’s development industry has risen at an exponential rate over the last two decades. With expansion comes a plethora of work opportunities for young people, ranging from research, communications, program creation, and grant management to field-level monitoring and program implementation.
