For the first time in the history of Asia subcontinent in Bangladesh YOUTURN is a Career Guideline workshop only for HSC Failed Students. Core objective of the initiative is to boost theirself-confidence, show them Career pathways, help them to build career and grow Leadership & Networking skills and counsel them to be self-dependent.
In 2018 & 2019, Total 472+ students have been facilitated through the Initiative.

Focused on how the individuals manage their journey through life, learning and work (career). This includes career exploration, making career choices, managing career changes, lifelong career development and dealing with other career related issues.
Career Pathways
Integrated collection of programs and services intended to develop students’ core academic, technical and employability skills; provide them with continuous education, training; and place them in high-demand, high-opportunity jobs.
Self-Confidence & TeamWork
To increase self assurance in their personal judgment, ability, power, etc. Their self-confidence increased by gathered experiences of having mastered particular activities. It is a positive belief that in the future they can generally accomplish what they wishes to do with confident.
